1) Course Booking / Cancellation

1.1 Types of Course Booking

Courses can be booked in person, by email, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website (https://www.ersthelfertraining.at). The booking constitutes a binding contract.

 

1.2 Booking Confirmation and Invoice

You will receive a booking confirmation after your booking. The invoice will be sent to you via Email when the first-aid-training has been done.

1.3 Cancellation by Customers

You can cancel booked training sessions free of charge up to seven days before the agreed date. After that, 50% of the fee will be charged up to the day before the training. If you cancel on the day of the agreed training, we charge the full amount for the training.

 

1.4 Cancellations by Ersthelfertraining

We reserve the right to cancel the training (possibly at short notice). In such a case, you will of course receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

 

1.5 Data Requirements

For a booking, the correct details of the first and last name, email address, phone number, and address (business or residential) of the booking person are required. For course participation certificates (which are optional), the first name, last name, and date of birth of the recipient is necessary.

 

1.6 Value Added TaxDue to the small business regulation, our services are invoiced without VAT (see § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG which is a legal designation in Austria that exempts certain small businesses from paying VAT).

2) Venue

A suitable location for our training sessions must be provided by you. In addition to a seat for each participant, there must also be space for floor exercises.

We offer our online booked training sessions within Vienna, Lower Austria, and Upper Austria. Training sessions outside of this area are only held after consultation with you, as we may charge a distance-dependent surcharge for longer travel distances in agreement with you.​

3) Number of Course Participants

You (our costomer) decides who participates in the course (family, friends, colleagues, etc.).

 

Our courses are designed for a maximum of 6 participants. It does not matter if 1 or 6 people ultimately attend the course - the price remains the same.

If specifically requested by you, more than 6 people can also participate in our first aid training. From the 7th participant onwards, we charge an additional € 90 per person for the course (regardless of the course duration). We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you expect more than 6 people for your course so that we can prepare the course materials accordingly.​

4) Certificate of Participation

Participants will receive a certificate of participation after completing the first aid training, provided they were present for the entire duration of the training and have mastered the course content.​

5) Pricing

Our prices include all course materials as well as travel to and from the course location.​

6) Vouchers

Our vouchers have no expiration date. Each voucher receives an individual code. To redeem the voucher, the code must be provided at or after booking, but in any case before the start of the course.​

7) Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract with Ersthelfertraining up to seven days before the agreed course date without giving any reason. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

 

In the time period from seven days before the agreed course start date until one day before the agreed course start date, 50% of the course fee will be charged. In the event of a withdrawal on the day of the agreed training, the full amount for the training will be charged.

8) Data Protection

Personal data is collected by us to facilitate course bookings and to issue course participation certificates. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold.

You generally have the rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
