I am a critical care paramedic emergency paramedic with the professional rescue service in Vienna. I am also an experienced social worker, and a social pedagogue.
In 2018, I founded the small private company Ersthelfertraining with the idea of offering first aid courses for families in their own homes.

Through my experience as an intensive care nurse, I know how important first aid measures are for the further recovery process of patients.
At Ersthelfertraining, I focus on emergency training for doctors and their teams in their medical practices. It is particularly important to me that medical professionals are well-prepared for emergencies and regularly train for them.

As a full-time critical care paramedic with the Emergency Medical Services of the City of Vienna, I understand the importance of the interface between first responders and the emergency medical service.
In my work as a First Aid Instructor, it is very important to me to proceed as practically and needs-oriented as possible and to ensure that participants feel comfortable. The particularly familiar concept of Ersthelfertraining provides a great and human-centered environment for this.

Given that rescue teams are not immediately available during emergencies, first responders play a crucial role in bridging the gap until professional help arrives. Therefore, it is particularly important to me to emphasize this in my first aid trainings at Ersthelfertraining.
